When moving out of Hakuba to another municipality or leaving Japan, you must take the procedure of moving out at the Residents Division of the Village office. You need to submit your moving-out certificate that we issue when you go through moving-in procedure at a municipality office where you are going to live, otherwise they will not accept your moving-in. We are going to check your new address when making an arrangement of moving-out. If you move out of Japan with re-entry permit and do not notify your address change to us (village office), your residency remains registered in Hakuba village because we cannot know your moving-out. If you enroll in National Health Insurance (NHI), NHI fee will be imposed on you while you are away from Japan. To avoid such a situation, please notify your address change to us before moving-out. What to bring: Your residence card, passport, and National Health Insurance card if you have one. If you have any further questions, please ask Residents Division/Jumin-ka 85-0715消費税率の引き上げに伴う水道料金等の変更について 水道料金、下水道使用料、農業集落排水使用料の請求金額には、現在５％の消費税が含まれていますが、４月１日以降の検針分からは消費税が８％に引き上げられます。 皆様のご理解をお願いいたします。 なお、継続して利用をいただいている料金、使用料については経過措置があり、6月請求分より引き上げとなります。継続使用の場合４月１日以降初めての検針分までは経過措置があり従来通り５%新規契約の場合４月１日以降に契約の場合は８％４月１日４月１日お問い合わせは、上下水道課（８５－０７１４）まで外国人住民の方・外国人住民を雇用されている方等へ（外国人住民生活講座Vol.3）出国、他市町村への異動は役場で手続きを 白馬村から出国または他市町村への異動をする時には、必ず住民課の窓口で住所の異動の手続きをしてください。他市町村への住所の異動は、白馬村で異動の手続きをした時に発行される「転出証明書」がないと、新しく住むところの役所で住民登録ができませんのでご注意ください。（白馬村での住所異動手続きの時に、新しく住むところの住所を確認させていただきます。）再入国の許可を得て出国する時も、国民健康保険に加入をしている方は、出国の間にも保険料が生じますので、役場で住民異動の手続きをしてください。持ち物：在留カード・パスポート・ 保険証（国民健康保険に加入している者）お問合わせは 住民課 ８５－０７１５まで消費税５％消費税５％消費税8％消費税8％消費税8％検針日検針日検針日契約日7
