14（写真）コンパッソ税理士法人・内川会長と外国人住民の方・外国人住民を雇用されている方等へFor Foreign Residents ・ For those who are hiring foreign residents出国、他市区町村への異動は役場で手続きが必要ですProper formalities before moving out of Hakuba at village officeこんにちは。藤本です。現在検討中の新図書館ですが、先日、福島県須賀川市、岩手県紫波町、山形県東根市に先行事例の視察に行ってきました。視察先の図書館では、ハード面では子ども図書スペースや子どもの遊び場が充実しており、また、ソフト面でも、子育て分野に特化したＮＰＯ法人等が頑張って運営を行っているなど、学ぶべきものがたくさんありました。白馬村では子育て施策に力を入れていますが、こういった子育て支援機能も新図書館には重要な要素になりそうです。また、白馬村では今回、東京のコンパッソ税理士法人から企業版ふるさと納税をいただき、大学等の奨学金返済支援を開始します。大学へ進学後、白馬にＵターンして観光産業に従事していただく場合には、奨学金返済額を支援する仕組みです。同税理士法人の内川清雄会長が白馬出身というご縁で支援していただくことになりました。ご協力をいただけることに感謝し、白馬の将来を担う人材の育成に取り組みたいと思います。この事業の詳細については今後、別途周知していきますのでよろしくお願いいたします。また、この事業に対する村内事業所からの寄付も受け付けておりますので、ご協力いただければありがたいです。白馬村から出国または他市区町村への異動（転出）をする時には、必ず住民課の窓口で住所異動の手続きをしてください。転出予定日の２週間前から受付できます。他市区町村への住所の異動は、白馬村で発行される「転出証明書」がないと、新しく住むところの役所で住民登録ができませんのでご注意ください。（白馬村での住所異動手続きの時に、新しく住むところの住所を確認させていただきます。）再入国の許可を得て出国する時も、国民健康保険に加入をしている方は、出国の間にも保険料が生じますので、役場で住民異動の手続きをしてください。持ち物：在留カード・パスポート・保険証（国民健康保険に加入している方）・マイナンバー通知カードWhen moving out of Hakuba to another municipality or when moving abroad, filing of a move-out notification at ResidentDivision of Hakuba village office in advance is necessary. A move-out notification can be submitted 2 weeks before yourscheduled move-out day. Please make sure you or your foreign employees have completed all necessary procedures beforeleaving Hakuba.Moving to another municipality:A move-out certificate will be issued immediately after one has reported his/her moving at the village office. Please beaware that a new address cannot be registered at the other municipality without the certificate. (Note: New address isneeded when you submit the move-out notification)Moving abroad:S ubmission of move-out notification is necessary even if you have a plan to come back with a re-entry permit.
