Sign-in Procedure at Resident Division :転入手続きの混雑状況

All individuals arriving in Hakuba Village are required to register (sign in) at the Village Office. Due to a high number of applications, the sign-in process is currently taking approximately 4–5 business days to complete.

白馬村に到着された方は、役場での住民登録（サインイン）が必要です。 11月下旬から年明けにかけ、窓口が大変混み合い、現在住民登録完了まで4〜5営業日ほどお時間をいただいています。

If you also need to open a bank account, please ensure that you allow sufficient time for your residence card to be issued.

 銀行口座の開設を予定している方は、手続き完了まで時間を要するため、余裕をもってお手続きください。

Please note that the Village Office will be closed for the New Year holidays from Dec 27 (Sat) to Jan 4 (Sun). Most administrative services will be unavailable during this period.

The last day to register for your residence card before the year-end holidays is Dec 19 (Fri) at 17:00, with pickup available until Dec 26 (Fri) at 17:00.
