【令和2年4月9日】村長メッセージ

白馬村長の下川正剛です。

一昨日4月7日に政府は、7都府県を対象区域とする緊急事態宣言を行いました。

この対象区域に長野県は含まれていませんが、今回の緊急事態宣言を機に、村民の皆様にお伝えしたいことがあり、異例ではありますが、村長メッセージを発出させていただきます。

私には、村民の皆様の生命と健康を守るという使命があります。我が村において一人の感染者も出したくはありません。そのため、新型コロナウィルス感染症の拡大防止に全力を尽くしてまいります。拡大防止には、すべての村民のご理解とご協力、そして村民一人ひとりの自覚が不可欠です。

すべての村民の皆様へ。

対象区域となった7都府県への不要不急の往来は、厳に慎んでください。

一人ひとりが手洗い、うがいなどの基本的な感染防止策を徹底してください。

「換気の悪い密閉空間」「多数が集まる密集場所」「間近で会話や発声をする密接場面」といった3密を避けるように、一人ひとりが日々の生活の中で強く意識して行動するようにしてください。

決して誤った情報に惑わされることなく、冷静な行動をお願いします。

観光関連事業者の皆様へ。

スキー場、宿泊施設、飲食店をはじめとする観光に関連する事業者の皆様が、我が村の経済を牽引し、支えてきました。こうした事業者の皆様が今、計り知れない影響を受けています。

感染の収束を見極めつつ、適切な時期に、適切な量で、適切な施策を打ってまいります。その時に、来訪者をあたたかくお迎えするために備えてください。

これまでに経験したことのない厳しい局面ではありますが、村民一丸となって感染防止策を徹底し、互いに支え合いながら、村職員も懸命に対応してまいりますので、この難局をともに乗り越えましょう。

Mayer’s message

April 9, 2020

     I would like to send my message to all of you.  I am Mayer of Hakuba village, Mr. Masatake Shimokawa.

     A day before yesterday, on April 7, the Japanese Government had declared a state of emergency for seven prefectures.

I would like to convey to all of villagers, this is an unusual message, please let me give your time.  Thank you.   

However, my mission for the villagers is a protection your life and your good health.  I have a strong determination that no one to get infected in this village.  Therefore I try with my best to prevent spread of new coronavirus infections.  I would like to ask all villagers for consideration and cooperation to prevent spread infections, and it is essential to have awareness

of crisis.

For all of the villagers

     I ask all of you to refrain strictly from taking actions such as moving to seven prefectures and also refrain strictly from non-essential and non-urgent outings.

     Each person implements basic measure of the prevention infection such as wash hands, gargle completely.  Each person has to be conscious strongly in our daily life, I ask villagers to firmly avoid the three Cs 「Closed spaces」「Crowded spaces」and「Close-contact settings」.  Please act calmly without being misled by wrong information.

For businesses in the tourism industry

     The tourism industry has been leading and supporting the economy of Hakuba village such as the ski resorts, the accommodation business, the restaurants, etc., now, we cannot avoid causing enormous impacts on economic activities.  You have been facing significant difficulties in continuing businesses. 

     I will figure out whether the end of convergence of infection, and will take measure at the right moment and the right amount.  When the visitors come to Hakuba village, please be ready to give a warm welcome for all visitors.

     It is a sever time that we have never had before, but all of us become one and refrain strictly from the measure of the prevention infection, and then we support each other, all staff and the officers of Hakuba village office are facing this crisis and dealing with their best as well. We are battling with the new coronavirus together, and we will overcome this hard situation together.  Thank you.
