新型コロナウイルス感染拡大防止

昨年の教訓を忘れず、感染症対策を

白馬村に関係する全ての皆様へ

新年あけましておめでとうございます。本年もよろしくお願い申し上げます。
白馬村長の下川正剛です。

年末にかけて落ち着いていた新型コロナウイルスは、残念ながら、年が明けてから次第に拡大し始めました。昨日、村内においても3か月ぶりに陽性者が発表され、今後の感染拡大が懸念されます。昨年、村内では年明けから陽性者が増加し、長野県が発表する「感染警戒レベル5 特別警報II」まで引き上げられ、大きな社会的・経済的影響を受けました。

昨年の冬季間の感染経路の特徴を整理すると

・大都市圏から集まった若者がスキーやアルバイト等を通じ、様々な関係が形成され、活動的に行動するため感染が拡大する。
・初発事例の感染源が推定できないケースが多い。
・寮やルームシェア等の共同生活において感染が拡大しやすい。
・20代の若者の感染が過半数に近い。

以上の特徴がありました。

事業者の皆様からは、昨年の教訓から、スタッフの基本的な感染症対策の徹底や、予めPCR検査を行う等の対策が講じられていると伺っています。しかしながら、新型コロナウイルスの感染力は予防対策を上回っているのが現状です。国内ではオミクロン株の市中感染が確認されていることも踏まえ、ワクチンを接種したからと言って、過信することなく、再度感染症予防の徹底を基本からお願いします。

大切な人の命、私たちの平穏な暮らしを守るため、白馬村における感染拡大を収束させましょう。

”Remember the learnings from last year and take measures against Covid-19.”

To all people related to Hakuba Village
Happy New Year to you all. I look forward to seeing you again this year.
I am a Hakuba Village Mayor, Masatake Shimokawa.

Unfortunately, the Covid-19, which had settled down toward the end of the year, has gradually started to spread since the beginning of the year. Yesterday, the first positive case in three months was announced in the village, and there are concerns that the infection may spread in the future.

Last year, the number of positive cases increased in the village from the beginning of the year, and the infection alert level was raised to "Infection Alert Level 5 Special Alert II" announced by Nagano Prefecture, which had a huge social and economic impact.

The following is a summary of the characteristics of the infection route during last winter
・Young people from major metropolitan areas formed various relationships through skiing and part-time jobs.
・In many cases, the source of infection in the first case cannot be estimated.
・Infection is more likely to spread in dormitories, room shares, and other communal living situations.
・Nearly a majority of young people in their 20s are infected.

I have heard from businesses that they have taken measures such as thorough implementation of basic infection control measures by staff and PCR testing in advance based on the learning from last year. However, Covid-19 is more contagious than the preventive measures

In light of the fact that community-acquired infection with the Omicron variant has been confirmed in Japan, I would like to ask you to once again take thorough preventive measures against Covid-19 from the basics, without being overconfident just because you have been vaccinated.

In order to protect the lives of our loved ones and our peaceful lives, let's stop the spread of infection in Hakuba Village.
