新型コロナウイルス感染拡大防止

感染しない、感染させないための行動を。

白馬村に関係する全ての皆様へ

白馬村長の下川正剛です。

今月8日に、新型コロナウイルスの感染状況を6段階で示す長野県独自の感染警戒レベルを、上から2番目のレベル「5」に引き上げられた以降も、本村における陽性者数の減少傾向がみられません。
このままの状況が続くと医療施設の病床使用率が上昇し、一般診療に影響を及ぼしかねません。

関係機関からの情報共有では、今回の流行の初期は、若者を中心とした会食などの影響で陽性者が増加したものと思われるが、接触者への感染が職場、家庭へと広がっている状況との見方です。

加えて、今回の感染の特徴は、比較的症状が軽く、早い段階で他の人に感染すると言われています。
発症といった熱やせき、咽喉の痛みが出た時点では、すでに他人に感染をさせている可能性が高いとのことです。このため、誰が感染していてもわからない、誰に感染させていてもおかしくない状況ですので、感染しない、感染させないためにも次の点に特に注意してください。

1.人ごみを避け、日頃接しない人とは会わないように心がけましょう。他のご家庭を訪問することは控えましょう。

2.ひとつの行動ごとに石鹸で手洗い、アルコール消毒をしましょう。手洗いは時間をかけてしっかりしましょう。

3.基本的に外食等は控えてください。外食をする場合は、黙食やテイクアウトの活用などで不特定多数の方との接触を減らしましょう。

4.風邪の初期症状である咽喉の痛み、倦怠感といった軽い症状の方がほとんどのようで、症状が軽いために医療機関を受診せずに感染を広げている可能性があります。症状があれば医療機関を受診してください。

To all people related to Hakuba Village
I am a Hakuba Village Mayor, Masatake Shimokawa.

On the 8th of this month, the Nagano Prefecture's own infection alert level, which indicates the infection status of the COVID-19 on a six-point scale, was raised to "5", the second highest level, and there has been no downward trend in the number of positive cases in our village. If the situation continues at this level, the utilization rate of hospital beds in medical facilities will increase, which could have an impact on the inability to provide general medical services

According to the information shared by the related organizations of COVID-19, it is believed that the number of positive cases increased in the early stage of this epidemic due to the influence of dinners mainly among young people, but the situation is such that the infection is spreading to contacts at work and at home.
In addition, this infection is characterized by relatively mild symptoms and is said to be spread to others at an early stage. When a person has symptoms such as a fever, cough, or sore throat, there is a high possibility that they have already infected others. For this reason, we don't know who is infected, and we could have infected someone else, so please pay attention to the following points in order to prevent infection or transmission.

1.Avoid crowds and try not to meet people you don't interact with on a regular basis. Avoid visiting other people's homes.
2. Wash your hands with soap and disinfectant after each activity. Take the time to wash your hands thoroughly.
3. Basically, refrain from eating out. If you do eat out, try to reduce contact with  unspecified people by using no conversation or take-out.
4.Most people seem to have mild symptoms such as sore throat and fatigue, which are the initial symptoms of a cold.If you have symptoms, please visit a medical institution.
