新型コロナウイルス感染拡大防止

長野県にまん延防止等重点措置が適用されました。

白馬村に関係する全ての皆様へ

白馬村長の下川正剛です。

今月27日から2月20日までの間、長野県に新型コロナウイルス感染症まん延防止等重点措置が適用されました。この状態は6段階で示す長野県独自の感染警戒レベル6となり、医療提供体制と社会機能の維持に極めて重要な局面を迎えています。この局面を乗り越えるためには、全ての皆様の総力によって対応する必要があります。今一度、白馬村に関係する全ての皆様に次の点にご協力をお願いします。
 

〇混雑した場所や感染リスクが高い場所への外出・移動を自粛してください。

・ガイドラインの非順守等、感染防止対策が不十分な店舗、施設の利用は控えてください。

・店舗や施設等が行っている感染防止対策にご協力ください。

〇家庭での感染防止対策を徹底してください。

・体調不良の方や濃厚接触者がいる場合は家庭内でもマスクの着用や必要な対策を講じてください。

〇基本的な感染防止対策を徹底してください。

・人との距離の確保、マスクの正しい着用等基本的な感染防止対策をもう一度見直してください。
  また、人と会う機会をできるだけ減らす、普段会わない方との会食を控える等慎重な行動をお願いします。

〇接種券が届いたらできるだけ速やかにワクチンの追加接種を検討してください。

・長野県では2月をワクチン接種推進月間に位置付け、白馬村でも2月中に高齢者への接種を完了すべく予定を前倒して計画しています。ワクチン追加接種のご案内の封筒を、ワクチン2回目を接種した順番に順次発送しています。ワクチンの追加接種にご協力をお願いします。

この年明けから白馬村において一気に陽性者が増加し、県内でも過去に経験のない規模で増加しています。今後さらに、医療機関、福祉施設、学校等において、感染拡大が続けば社会機能の維持に深刻な影響が及ぶ可能性があります。今がまさに正念場です。皆様のご理解ご協力をよろしくお願いいたします。

To all people related to Hakuba Village
I am a Hakuba Village Mayor, Masatake Shimokawa.

From the 27th of this month to the 20th of February, the Priority Measures for Prevention of Spread of The COVID-19 Infection has been applied to Nagano Prefecture. This situation has been set at the Nagano Prefecture's own infection alert level 6, of 6 steps, and we are now facing an extremely important moment in maintaining the medical care system and society. In order to overcome this situation, we need the combined efforts of all of you. Once again, I would like to ask for the cooperation of everyone involved in Hakuba Village in the following ways.

〇Do not go out or travel to crowded places or places with high risk of infection.
・Do not use stores or facilities that do not comply with the guidelines or have inadequate infection prevention measures.
・Please cooperate with the infection prevention measures taken by the store or facility.

〇Take measures to prevent infection at home.
・If you are sick or have close contact with someone who is sick, please wear a mask or take other necessary measures at home.

〇Basic infection prevention measures
・Reconfirm basic infection prevention measures such as keeping a safe distance from people and wearing masks properly. In addition, reduce your chances of meeting people as much as possible, and refrain from having dinner with people you don't see often.

〇When you receive the vaccination coupon, consider getting booster vaccines as soon as possible.
・Nagano Prefecture has designated February as a month to promote vaccination, and Hakuba Village is planning to move up its schedule to complete the booster vaccination of elderly people by the end of February. We are sending out envelopes for booster vaccinations in the order in which the second dose of vaccine was administered. We ask for your cooperation in getting additional vaccines.

Since the beginning of this year, the number of positive cases has suddenly increased in Hakuba Village, and it is increasing on a scale never experienced before as well as Nagano prefecture.

If the infection continues to spread to medical institutions, welfare facilities, schools, etc., it may have a serious impact on the maintenance of society. Now is the critical moment. I would like to ask for your understanding and cooperation.
