感染警戒レベル5 特別警報IIが発表されました。

白馬村に関係する全ての皆様へ

白馬村長の下川正剛です。

白馬村を含む北アルプス圏域に長野県独自の感染警戒レベル5 特別警報IIが発表されました。

白馬村では、年度末に一旦は落ち着きをみせていたものの、新年度を迎え、急激な感染拡大が始まりました。

白馬村に関係する全ての皆様におかれましては、重症化リスクが高い高齢者や基礎疾患を有する方を守り、新規陽性者数を抑制しながら社会経済活動を回復していくため、引き続き、基本的な感染防止対策、感染リスクの高い場面を避ける等、慎重な行動をお願いします。

誰もが自分事として捉え、一人ひとりが「思いやり」の心を持ち、「支えあい」の輪を広げ、みんなでこの危機を乗り越えていきましょう。より一層のご理解ご協力をお願いいたします。

”Infection Alert Level 5 Special Alert II has been issued.”

To all people related to Hakuba Village
I am a Hakuba Village Mayor, Masatake Shimokawa.

Nagano Prefecture's own Infection Alert Level 5 Special Alert II has been issued for the Northern Alps region, which includes Hakuba Village.

In Hakuba Village, the situation had settled down at the end of the fiscal year in March, but the infection spread rapidly from the new fiscal year in april.

I ask that everyone involved in Hakuba Village continue to take basic infection prevention measures, avoid situations with high risk of infection, and take other careful actions in order to protect the elderly and those with underlying medical conditions who are at high risk of serious illness, and to recover socio-economic activity while controlling the number of new positive cases.

Let’s get through this crisis together by taking it as our own problem, each of us having a "caring" warm heart, and expanding the circle of "mutual support".
I ask for your further understanding and cooperation.

1. Reconfirm Basic infection prevention measures
    Keep distance from people / Wear masks properly (recommend the unwoven mask) / Wash hands / Sanitize hands / Aim for 2 zero C! / Ventilation indoors and in vehicles / When dining together, keep the group size as small as possible and eat in silence, and wear a mask during conversation.
2. Do not going out and seek medical attention as soon as possible.
   Please continue to create a habit and atmosphere at work and school that facilitates taking leave.
3. When visiting out of Nagano prefecture, Act prudently.
   Please be careful when going out, avoid situations with high risk of infection.
4. Prevention of infection in the elderly and those with underlying medical conditions.
   ・If there are people living with you who are ill or have close contact with people who are ill, you should wear a mask even in the home.
   ・If you are concerned about infection, including those who live with you, please take the free testing.
5. Please consider getting booster vaccinations.
   Please consider booster vaccinations as soon as you receive your vaccination letter.
   Especially for the elderly and those with underlying medical conditions, please consider having the first and second doses of the vaccine.
