新型コロナウイルス感染拡大防止

全県に「医療特別警報」が発出されました。

白馬村に関係する全ての皆様へ

白馬村長の下川正剛です。

長野県全県に「医療特別警報」が発出され、白馬村を含む北アルプス圏域の感染警戒レベル5がに引き上げられました。

感染力の強いオミクロン株BA.5系統への置き換わり、村内の新型コロナウイルスの新規陽性者は増加傾向を示しています。長野県内の自宅・宿泊療養も含めた療養者数は1万人を超え、7月27日時点の確保病床使用率は35.6％となり、医療のひっ迫が懸念される状態です。

村民の皆様にはご自身が感染しないよう、また、他者を感染させないよう、改めて基本に立ち返って対策を徹底いただきますよう、ご協力をお願いいたします。

1．重症化リスクが高い方の感染を防ぎましょう

・重症化リスクが高い方（65歳以上の高齢者、基礎疾患がある方など。）及びその同居者・身近で接する方は、混雑した場所、換気が不十分な場所等、感染リスクの高い場面・場所をできるだけ避け、感染しない、感染させない行動を徹底してください。

・重症化リスクが高い方は、のどの痛み、せき、発熱等の症状がある場合は、速やかに診療・検査医療機関等へ電話で相談の上、受診してください。

・60歳以上の方、基礎疾患のある方等、医療従事者・高齢者施設の従事者等で3回目接種から5か月経過した方は、重症化予防につながる4回目のワクチン接種を積極的にご検討ください。

2．陽性者の増加に歯止めをかけましょう

・状況に応じた感染防止対策（適切なマスク着用、換気など）を徹底してください。

・重症化リスクが低い方（65歳未満の方、基礎疾患がない方など。）は、のどの痛み、せき、発熱等の症状がある場合は、外出を控え、症状が続く場合は、診療・検査医療機関等へ相談の上、受診してください。

・帰省や旅行をされる方、お祭り等に参加される方、中学・高校等の生徒及びそのご家族など、若い世代の皆様も、感染リスクを下げるための3回目までのワクチン接種を積極的にご検討ください。

I am a Hakuba Village Mayor, Masatake Shimokawa.

A "Special Medical Alert" has been issued for all of Nagano Prefecture, and the infection alert level for the Northern Alps region, including Hakuba Village, has been raised to 5.

The Omicron variant BA.5, which is a highly infectious, and the number of new positive cases of the covid-19 in the village is on the increase.

The number of people receiving medical treatment in Nagano Prefecture, including those at home and overnight stays, has exceeded 10,000, and the utilization rate of the medical institutions beds as of July 27 was 35.6%, indicating that there is concern about the situation of medical care is pressing.

I would like to ask for the cooperation of all villagers. Once again, I ask that you follow the basics of infection control to prevent yourself from infecting and to prevent others from infecting you.

1.Prevent infection among those at high risk of becoming seriously ill.

・I ask for your cooperation in preventing infection among those who are at high risk of becoming seriously ill (e.g., the elderly over 65 years old and those with underlying medical conditions). And those who live with them or have close contact with them should avoid crowded places, places with inadequate ventilation, and other situations and places with high risk of infection as much as possible.

・Those who are at high risk of serious illness should immediately call a medical institution for examination and treatment if they have any symptoms, (as sore throat, cough, fever)and seek medical attention.

・Those who are 60 years of age or older, those who have underlying medical conditions, etc., And those who work in healthcare its call the essential worker or elderly care facilities five months after the third vaccination should proactively consider the fourth dose of covid-19 vaccine which can help reduce serious illnesses

2. Stop the increase in the number of positive cases

・Take appropriate measures to prevent infection (e.g., wearing masks, ventilation, etc.) according to the situation.

・Who at low risk of serious illness (e.g., those under 65 years of age, those with no underlying medical conditions, etc. ) if they have symptoms such as sore throat, cough, fever, etc. do not go out. If symptoms persist, consult a medical institution for examination and treatment.

・Who are going back to home at Obon, traveling, participating in festivals, and students in junior high and high schools and their families should also proactively consider the fourth dose of covid-19 vaccine to reduce the risk of infection.
